What am I responsible for?

Health and beauty aids, clothing, transportation, copay for doctors’ visits, and medications.

How are my medications stored?

Medications are stored in a locked cabinet and are supervised as per the doctor's orders.

How often is the registered nurse available?

Our nurse is available 24 hours a day and makes regular weekly visits.

I'm a wartime veteran, will my benefits help pay for my stay there?

Yes, we are approved to accept the aid and attendance benefit.

Are pets allowed?

We assess that on a case by case basis to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone in the house.

Do you accept my insurance?

Medicare does not cover this level of care however some private plans may.

Is smoking permitted in my room?

No this is a non-smoking facility. People that choose to smoke may do so in the designated areas outside.

Is transportation available?

For a small fee there is private transportation available, or the county has a public transportation system which is available five days a week.
